Vic and Blood: The Chronicles of A Boy And
His Dog 1989, NBM story, Harlan Ellison; art, Richard Corben afterword, Harlan Ellison - "After Vic and Blood, Some Afterthoughts As Afterwords" Reprints in color Mad Dog's Vic And Blood 1 and Vic And Blood 2 along with new afterword by Ellison. "Eggsucker" Original story first appeared in Ariel #2, 1977 "A Boy And His Dog" Original story first appeared in New Worlds, April '69 and has been included in the collections The Beast That Shouted Love at the Heart of the World, 1969; The Essential Ellison, 1987; and Edgeworks 4, 1997 "Run, Spot, Run" This is this story's first appearance. These three stories are three parts of a novel Ellison has said he would write about Vic and Blood. Despite comments in the afterword to this graphic novel, the novel has not yet been published.
